City Harvest - Faculty & Staff Give Back

City Harvest is a nonprofit organization in New York City whose mission is to rescue high-quality, surplus food and deliver it to New Yorkers in need. In preparation for the school year, Léman’s faculty and staff dedicated time to planning how best to support our students and wider community. On August 26, all employees took part in a day of service by volunteering with City Harvest.
We’re proud to share the impact of our Community Engagement Day:
· 10,806 mixed bags of apples and pears
· 1,839 bags of corn
· 12,645 total bags of produce repacked
