Expert College Advising
Léman graduates are well-prepared for the academic demands of college, evidenced by the list of Ivy League and top-tier universities to which our students have been accepted. Léman offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, recognized as the gold standard in college preparatory curriculum, and highly respected by top colleges worldwide.
The Office of College Counseling provides a comprehensive and personalized program to help position students to find the colleges and universities which best align with their aspirations and interests - ultimately achieving their goals upon graduating at Léman. The college counseling program includes introductory presentations for younger grade levels, administration of the PSAT and practice ACT, a robust set of advisory sessions that focus on technical aspects of the college application process, parent workshops, and finally, an ongoing series of one to one college planning meetings with students starting in junior year. Léman also hosts workshops from a broad range of college admissions officers, and also an annual college fair giving admissions officers an intimate opportunity to interact with our students.
