Girls Varsity Basketball
Our Girls Varsity Basketball team had a good season, which focused on development and learning how to be competitive. The team was led by three seniors: Dianne A., Stevie F., and Mika H. They provided an excellent example of sportsmanship to their younger teammates and helped the team develop and grow both on and off of the basketball court.
Throughout the season, our Girls Varsity Basketball Team benefitted from great competitive experiences. Traveling to Nova Scotia, Canada to compete early in the season helped build team chemistry and establish the way the team ultimately would compete during every game. Coming back from Canada, the team won three out of their four first games back in the Big Apple, which led the team to become even more confident both as a group and individually. The team finished the regular season as the 4th seed entering into the Athletic Conference of Independent Schools (ACIS) Girls Basketball Playoffs.

Upon their return, the team secured victory in six consecutive games thanks to hard work and exceptional teamwork.
