High School Scientists Publish LMPS Science Journal, Volume 4

After plenty of hard work, high school science students have published the fourth volume of the "LMPS Science Journal." This student-led academic journal tasks budding scientists with using what they’ve learned in class, as well as concepts garnered through extensive research, to write comprehensive, well-informed, and accessible scientific papers on topics of their choosing. Subjects covered in this year’s journal include the science of teen depression, digital encryption and security, nuclear fusion energy, and more.
Beyond helping students expand their scientific knowledge, participation in the journal also reinforces students’ research, writing, and editing skills, all of which will aid them as they continue their academic journeys.
